  Investigating – Phoenix Datacenter Service Disruption

  We are currently experiencing a service disruption affecting our Phoenix datacenter due to a temperature event involving the facility's cooling environment.

  Our teams are on-site and actively working with our datacenter vendor to address the issue. However, temperatures within the facility have reached levels where it is not safe for personnel to continue working inside the affected area. The safety of our team remains our highest priority.

  In parallel, we have initiated our disaster recovery procedures and are actively working to fail over affected services to our secondary datacenter in Indiana.

  Customers may experience service interruptions or degraded availability while this process is underway. Our engineering and infrastructure teams are actively managing the recovery effort and will restore services as quickly and safely as possible.
